My fiance has 2 celtic iron cross tattoos, and all he will tell me is that he earned them. I cant get any other explaination, which is fine it just keeps nagging at me. It’s knot work, but its continuous, it never stops. If that makes sense. Furthermore one is white, one is black. So just out of curiousity does anyone know how he might have earned them?
It stands for military skills, including bravery in face of the enemy and leadership. The iron cross (German) was a sign of bravery in WWII and was given to those after victory in war. Unfortunately it was then (mis)- used by the Nazis.
Some racist groups use it now to show that they are "aryans".
But then there are also the bikers who use the iron cross sign as a sign of independance.

First of all, I think more or less you have some knowledge about tattoo. What I mean is that you may get one or have friends who have tattoo. Tattoo in dream may symbolize attention seeking. In other words, you want others to notice you and recognized you.
However, in your case, this Chinese symbol tattoo with the letter L whether it s lonely or loser is quite negative. In that sense, that added the evidence of big attention you are seeking from others because deep down in reality you may feel the need for others to notice you and support you more and that is why you had this dream vent out

We are getting two tigers which represents the two of us. We have been best friends for 12 years and have been through everything, good and bad, together and we have both always loved tigers.
She wants to get chinese symbols for Best Friends between the two tigers. I dont like chinese symbol tattoos. I told her I want to get the letters BFF in english. We can’t agree. What should we do?

I think, personally, the Chinese symbol would look better, and seem a bit more, mmmm, mature. BFF? That’s more what teenagers say via text message, isn’t it?
If not Chinese, what about Hebrew? Or even "Elvish" from "Lord of the Rings"
I’ve seen tattoos in "Elvish" and they are really cool.
