I’ve been looking around at celtic cross tattoos, and I want a Celtic Cross emblem with some text in another language. I was thinking either some form of Gaelic or something of the sort.

Not only is everyone’s pain threshold different, so are the places in which we feel the most pain. The tattoos on my legs nearly killed me. In fact, I thought it would’ve hurt less to have the legs removed, tattooed, then re-attached. The Tattoos on the back of my neck didn’t hurt nearly as much, but the sensation radiated throughout my body because the needles hit my spine. My friend said that the ones on his wrist were a piece of cake, but the one on the back of his neck nearly killed him. Some people say tattoos on bone hurt far more than a fleshy spot. Others will tell you the exact opposite. In the end, tattoos hurt. But part of the tattoo is the willingness to under-go the pain, to see it through and live to brag about it.
Do NOT drink before getting a tattoo in the hopes that the alcohol will dull the pain. It won’t. What it will do is make you bleed (alcohol thins the blood) and the more you bleed, the more difficult it is for the tattoo artist to see… resulting in a nasty tattoo.
