Yeah it looks alright…..not way out there in design, kept it nice and simple.

I can’t seem to find any tattoos like the one I want on the web, yet the one I want is very common. It’s a black thorn going around my bicep. About an inch thick. If anyone could post pics or links to a page where you can print out free stencils I would really appreciate it.

im really wanting a tattoo to represent my time living in spain, but after searching and thinking i cant think of anything that fits with what im looking for, if anyone can provide some pics of ideas or just suggetions that would be a great help… just to give you something to go on, i lived on the costa blanca, on the beach front, i love dolphins (but am yet to see an un-tacky dolphin tatt) and living in spain turned my whole life i around for the better, spain ‘’set me free” in a way……. thanks in advance for suggestions!

I think a tattoo that makes you think the most about Spain would be good. If you live in Granada think of a pretty islamic pattern and if you live a place like sevilla you can put a flamenco dancer or a pretty beach scene from Marbella. Look at these pics and maybe you can come up with some sort of idea. Oh yeah gypsy tattoos are also good.

Its not horribly faded looking but it seems to look milky and dim. Is this normal for a two week old tattoo or is it permanently faded intill I get it touched up? Ive been taking proper care I wash it in the morning and at night and then use fragrance free lotion on it whenever it feels dry which is about 3 times a day. I don’t let clothes rub on it as best as I can. Will my tat regain some of its color or always be like this? Its already scabbed and the scabs have come off and I guess its peeled I looked at pics on google of what peeling tattoos are supposed to look like and mine never did peel to that extrime. Any advice?

Make sure you are using lotion that has no fragrance or anything in it, other then that it sounds normal

hey guys do you know anybody who is really good in merging pictures or drawing..i have already done a small tattoo and i want to add one more to it but they just wont match..i need some1 to modify it so that they look awesome..can some 1 plz give me ideas..is there anyone who’d do it free for me…ill provide them with both the pics..thank you

If you have scans of the images there is a computer program you can use called 2Pic which is a program made specificaly for merging pictures. It’s freeware, so just type it into yahoo.

I need some help with a design, is there anyone out there who would help me out with the design for free. It involves a musical note, and a "bee" (the animal) it would be actually quite small, and i have seen some color tat’s that are nice, but after a few years the color fades and it blobs..then looks really bad….so basic black and white i think would be best…please share your tattoo experences, pain, what you got, pics etc.

i should probably mention the location…i was thinking on the front area of my hip, the flat part on the left side of the right hip bone

I would say yes to staying with the black and white idea. The smaller the tat, it will eventually turn into a blob. of course thats after years and years.. I have one in the spot you are talking about and I got it when i was 18.. i am now 45 and it is just as nice as when I got it. I used vitamen E oil on it, and the color is still fab. That is going to be in a "hidden" area where really it wont see much sun…I have many tats and only a few hurt , because of where I got them. Thist one however, did not hurt me in that place. Most of my tats are large.. Good Luck.. these lil boogers are addictive… LOL

I got a tattoo on February 8th for my birthday. I chose a flash; a flower, with a few vines, and in less than two hours of severe pain, it was over. It looked good and I was satisfied. I bought a Tattoo aftercare kit, and followed the instructions carefully: wash twice a day, apply a thin amount of tattoo goo. didn’t submerge it in water anything.
I haven’t worn shoes in almost two weeks, I ignored the scabbing, and even when a bit of the white ink came off still wasn’t worried. But about five days later my tattoo began to crack and then it to peel where the cracks were. The skin peeled and took the tattoo with it, leaving my unhealed skin with the faded colour underneath. I’m really sad, I paid 134 $ and the flower is completely gone, and I don’t get free touch ups..

does this mean when the tattoo heals it will be the pinkish colour it is..I was going for a red rose.

Throw the tattoo goo away!!!! like someone said its junk. Stop putting anythign on, the nice shiny layer in your pictures shows you went OTT with it. Looking at your pictures the tattoo besides that seems to be fine, Perhaps your artist went a little over the top with the highlights on the rose so its too light on the edges. From the colour though its definately in there, so it hasnt come out or anything. What came off was probably your healing skin and some scabbing. Just put a little (if its shiny dab it off with a paper towel) light unscented lotion (cocoa butter works well) twice a day until its healed, just dont use any more tattoo goo (Its just a gimmick shops use to get you to buy junk you dont need, like the candy at a register in the supermarket)!!

Go back and question them. Tell them theyre very welcome to all the free bad advertising if their mistake is not fixed so your tattoo is how you wanted it. Any shop that doesnt guarantee their work is asking for unhappy clients.

i also have to question the hygene of the person who says not to wash your feet!!!! how can a tattoo heal when the nice dead skin cells and bacteria are building up on it from not being washed?? DO wash your tattoo, let the water hit a little above it and run down over it. What feels warm on your skin will feel hot on your tattoo. And no you cannot "scab internally".

ok so i got a tattoo on my right foot that says la famiglia with 3 stars in green white and red. it means the family in italian. I got it in june this past summer lol and i want another one!! : ) who agrees that after 1 tattoo you want another lol and feel free to post pics of your tattoos i love seeing pictures of peoples tattoos! : )

I’m 16 and am getting my first tattoo this summer. I’ve had a rough past and have dealt with depression,ocd, VERY low self-esteem,bullying and crazy fights with my mom(sum of which got the police involved) for 4 years and I’ve finally had enough!I;m seeing a therapist, taking meds and working on my inner self and I finally feel like me again.. Everybody is telling me what a change. I wanna get a tattoo of an angel wing just above each ankle to represent freedom from my past and being a free spirit. I looked at sum pics and I love it, but does anybody have any other pics and what do ya’ll think of this idea?

I’m probably going to want to bounce ideas off people wrt some color schema, so this is ideal. I can get 90% to an answer most of the time, but the remaining 10% it helps to have thoughts & suggestions.
