Now, i am thinking about getting a tribal tattoo across my shoulders, and linking around the back to join together, So it would be heaviest colour on the top and back of shoulders, and then thinner towards the middle.
Anyone got any pictures of such a tattoo? and how much would it hurt?
When you get a tattoo, do you get anaesthetic or something to numb the pain (deepfreeze?)

no way dude. nothing for pain. and dont think you can just make it easier by taking pain killers before you walk in there (or drinking) because they thin out your blood. my suggestion on your tattoo is, if you’re really set on tribal, think about getting some kind of shading instead of all black or all one color. there are so many possibilities… like skulls or pretty much anything. the reason for this is that tattoos that have one color fill a large area tend to spot alot. its one continuous color throughout a large piece and many artists dont enjoy doing it. they want their tattoos to last and look good and tribal is the most known to look spotty the fastest.
if you want something taht big, you more than likely would have at least 2 sittings. after a couple hours it begins to get sore, but ats a breeze at first as for pain wise.

Tribal tattoos have been overdone for years. If you can’t find tribal designs, you don’t belong on the internet.
Type "tribal tattoo" into any search engine and you’ll get a million trendy goofballs who got permanently marked with a fad.
Please, for your own sake, sit on this idea for a year or two. Do you really want to copy hundreds of thousands of trend chasers?

While this might not be a beer review, which I need to do one for the love of good, this is me going to Twisted Heart Tattoo in Hollywood, FL, and getting my first ink. Before you ask the tattoo is of a camera lens with light reflecting into it.
It’s definitely an experience that I will never forget and for all of you people that are scared to get a tattoo because of the pain, yes, it’s not that comfortable, the best example is if you have a sunburn and someone is scratching it, but to a lesser degree. The gun that was being used is a hybrid that uses air pressure and it leads to a less painful tattoo and its a lot more quite than the regular heavy machines that a lot of people are use to. It’s called a Neuma Hybrid.
This tattoo is on my right arm, below the shoulder, a lot of meat, so the pain we minimal, but I would definitely get a new one ASAP. Enjoy.

I have 2 tattoos. a tribal from shoulder to elbow on right arm. and my last name on my back rite below my neck but is bout 2 or 3 inchs under my shirt(just for visual lol)
ok would it look rite and not be to much if I got 3 or 4 more?
1. drawled out my own tattoo snake/tribal half snake and then shifts into a kool tribal design when it starts down to tail. I want this on my right rib cage kinda like bam margara(watch via labam if u dnt kno). plus my cancer sign and chinese symbol of snake for the yr of snake when my bday is tht will be soild red no outline
2. a lock but its guna be all old lookin and a weird skeleton design but not look like one. my girl is guna have the key it will be half metal and when it get close to the key part to stick in it will be bone lookin. kool ain’t it lol. well idk where to get this tell me where u think it would be good at.
3.praying hands from shoulder half way down from elbow(meanin bout 4 to 5 inch gap) and my dads name and when he was born and died
4. 3 stars on each side kinda slanted goin down towards my southern region if kinda kno what tht is so like if I have pants on and no shirt u see the stars at my waist going down kinda on the V cut lol

So, I can’t really think of "meaningful" tattoos to get yet that i would like. But i am a fan of the tribal style tattoos though, I am 18 and have a pretty fit body. Something ive been wanting is a tribal over my shoulder/upperarm that creeps kind of onto my chest/neck area.
I also want to get a sleeve on the other arm, but idk what i would include in it.
I personally dont think i would regret it that much, i think they look great and wouldnt bother me. When im really old oh well, by then ill deal with it, or with the removal business growing year after year im sure something would be available by then.
Anyone have any tips mon brainstorming meaningful tattoos as well?
