I’m thinking about getting a tattoo but I want it to mean something. I looked around the internet but I couldn’t find a free website to get the tattoo that i’m interested in. Does anyone know a site I can go to?
It is really difficult to look up a tattoo that means something to you. You should spend sometime thinking about your life and values and you will come up with it. What is the most important part of your life? Will it remain important for the length of time you will have your tattoo? These are questions that will help you decide. When you figure that part out then find some pics online to get a design idea. Try this site:

There are so many more languages to choose from. Why not use russian letters or Norse letters or glyphs or swahili or japanese, even arabic? i’m a North American artist and don’t have any tattoos, but I’m sure I would come up with something more creative than having chinese letters on my chest. What do you think?
Japanese&Chinese are most common because I think people think they have the best visual appeal, since they use symbols and not like a bunch of letters.
However, it’s funny as hell when people don’t research what the tattoo is. >_> One of the girls at my school thinks her tattoo means gold or something. It means pig.

I want a tattoo/tattoos that have words in it, but I want symbols, but not chinese or kanji symbols?
The words Strength, Courage, and Patience, I just Don’t want them to be the typical symbols that everybody has, and I want them to be semi small.
well tattoos are not about what everyone has or doesn’t have, in my opinion that are supposed to mean something to you.
These are very strong words, and it should be all about how you want them to be. if you like the kanji, have the kanji.

Vickings from sweeden during the 1600’s wore symbols to gard them from evil
The Eye of Horus from Egyptian mythology is a symbol known to ward off evil, as is the scarab (symbol of the rising sun).
As for vikings, here are some rune symbols with different meanings, most are luck and good fortune charms to ward off evil (in jewelry form, but I couldn’t find any other pictures easily):
