I’m getting a tattoo with my friend and this is the design we chose.

Is this a good first tattoo?
lol yeah it’s supposed to be a bat.
and we’re putting it either on our shoulders or our lower backs.
If the design is something that has meaning to you and your friend then it shouldn’t matter if anyone likes it but you. After all, it is you that will be seeing it everyday for the rest of your life. You should try not to care what else anyone thinks about your design and just do it for you. =)

tattoos are a personal choice. personally, I like it. maybe someone else wouldn’t but who cares? YOU like it and your friend likes it so get it

Since I would never get the same exact tattoo that someone else had.
No I think it’s horrible especially for your first tattoo.

regardless if you like it go for it. It’s going on your body not mine.

I actually have that picture in my documents somewhere….needless to say it’s unoriginal, though I like the design. I would personally suggest getting something about it changed. I think having two skulls to form the heart shape instead of one skull and the black half would be better–and it could symbolize the two of you. Just a suggestion though.
