If that is indeed your question, then I'd say, not much. Most of the time, the Tattoo shop already has on staff an artist that does very little all day except come up with fresh designs. You might get lucky and sell something if it's something they don't already have but I'd say nine times out of ten, they will look it over, and just pirate your idea when you leave. Shops don't pay for designs. If you go to a shop with a bunch of designs on the walls it isn't a good shop. They just want to get you in and out and take you for your money.
