my brother is starting to tattoo for a living and i would like to design tattoos mostly tribal stuff on my computer for him. it would kill my time and save him a lot. any ideas?

Any paint program with vector graphics would be best for tribal tattoos. I would suggest Corel Draw or Paint Shop Pro if you aren’t made of money.
