I have an idea for some tattoos, but I cannot draw. I want to find an artist who can take my ideas and draw up somethin unique, then tattoo it on my body.
In metropolitan Washington, DC, most inkies go for their upper arm/bicep. Seems like everybodys got one there.
Probably, that’d be a pretty good place for a custom designed tat in Houston, too.
And, of course, the upper chest.

There are so many places in Houston that have incredible artists…but you have to be really careful to get the best one. My advice would be to go around to a couple different CLEAN shops and ask to get the top artist to sketch your design then compare them. Whatever you do, DON’T GO TO TEXAS BODY ART!!!! I went there and have been trying to get the tattoo removed ever since…not such great artists.
