Symbols Tattoos

Okay, what is the name of the tattoo artist that is like really good. He has a shop in Kokomo Indiana. In order to get in to see him you usually have to make an appointment like 3 months in advance. He is usually more expensive but way worth it. I have seen some of his work and it is just truly amazing I just cant for the life of me think of his name. Any help would be awesome! Thank you!
