Me and a few of the tribe members of TATAK NG APAT NA ALON TRIBE. along with WHANG-OD the last of the tattooist of the kalinga or in general of northern luzon that practices the old way.. it was really a great honor because we were there at the diddiga festival with LARS who also is a friend of ours and did the show TATTOO HUNTER on discovery channel with WHANG-OD. and so it was a great honor for me for her to ask me to tattoo her when she is the LAST tattooist in the region and the master, like a master passing the blessing onto an apprentice…. so it was so great..
and she took it like a CHAMP!!! and was not moving at all… and the tool i was using was a bamboo and from Benguet by the the ibaloi tribe the bottom part of it is shaped like a SNAKE’s head and the mouth of the snake is where the needles go.. so the HSSS!! of the snake is when you get blessing or tattoo of the warrior symbols of our fallin ancestors.. (of course if any one wanted to know it is not recycled the TOOL it is brand new always and made again and again i replicated the shape so that the symblism can still be powerful when someone is getting tattooed)

It is a a Shakespeare quote from King Lear meaning to not get too caught up in Hollywood because people will end up laughing at you. 2nd Tattoo: It is a poem Megan wrote on her ribcage and it says There once was a little girl who never knew love until a boy broke her heart.3rd Tattoo: A Tattoo of Marilyn Monroe on her right for arm.Marilyn was one of the first people I ever saw on TV when I was a baby. My mum says whenever I heard her voice I would cry. I had immense empathy for her.4th Tattoo: Her boyfriends (Brian) name tattooed next to her pie. 5th Tattoo: On her right ankle she has a star and moon symbol.6th Tattoo: She has two waves in a circular pattern on her left inside wrist because she loves to surf.7th Tattoo: A symbol for strength on her neck. Megan has a total of 9 Tattoos.
