these are my choices i just need to know whats the price range can anyone help me??

okay, so i’m going to give you a little advice, that you may already know or not know. tribal is continuous solid black color. anything that is just one color for a large area has a higher risk of spotting. in black, this is more noticeable. suggestion- if you are really set on tribal, think about putting a greyscale design in it, shading..etc.. i’ve seen skulls, smoke, pretty much anything inside tribal. anyways… to answer your question, yes, it depends on what design you go with, what tattoo shop, artist, and their rates… alot, not all, tattoo artists dont like doing slid black tribal, because they know later down the road, it will not look at its best. if they tell you these things, then dont be offended or feel like you are being pushed into something else, they are just trying to help you to make your tattoo look the best that it can. but its your choice and if thats what you want go for it. as for the location, if your out in the sun at all, your tattoo will fade and spot even more quickly. plus, a full arm band will distort when you make a muscle. as for prices, i can only estimate. all states are different and all shops within each state are different for pices. for the thinner designs, i would say anywhere from $100-$140 for the thick designs maybe up to $200. but again, some shops charge less, some more. this is just an estimate. and remember, good tattoos arent cheap and cheap tattoos arent good.

your best bet is to go into the tattoo shop and get a tattoo quote with the designs because it depends where you live and the artist. I had one of my tattoos done when I was living in Spain this year and it cost me 60 euros and that’s about £55 pounds. It probably would’ve cost me about £20-30 where I live in England in the tattoo shop with the best reputation in my city.

I’m with Amy on this one, Tattooists rarely enjoy tribal due to the difficulty in getting solid black to stay. Also, tribal is somewhat over-done and normally lacks in originality so it’s boring for the artist. Not to knock tribal, I think it looks cool in select instances, just been done a lot. I wish I had a nickle for every tribal, Chineese symbol and star I’m asked about.
