Can anyone give any good estimates on something like this? I’d like for it to come down around my elbow onto my forearm.

or something with thicker lines but less detail like this?

Also, does that look like a one sitting deal? Will it matter if I don’t get it all done at once? Does it matter if I change artist/shops half way through? Obviously I know that the ink may vary or the styles may change, but I’m thinking maybe outlines first then fill-in?
thanks, anyone who has something similar to this please share.
Also, I dont have what most would say is a big arm. Thoughts on how this may look on an "average" arm?
Like the person before me said, you’re look at around $500, somewhere between $450-$600, depending on the artist. I suggest going with the thicker lines. IMO they look better, and the artist may give you a slightly lower cost because there would be less detail. However, cost should be the last thing you consider when getting a tattoo.
Get your body where you want it before getting the tattoo. If you’re happy with your body now, you will be happy with it after the tattoo. But if you’re unhappy with the way you’re body looks, getting a tattoo would not be a wise choice at the moment. Think about it, a tattoo draws attention, and if you’re self-conscious about an area, it’s going to make the situation worse.
Best of luck

Well it depends on what state and which shop but overall it’s going to run around five hundred for that big of a tattoo

Even though its simple… your gonna have it on your body pretty much until you die. If i were you i would just not worry too much about the price, have it all done in the least amount of chunks (as much pain as your willing to take)… and have it done by the best guy around.
id say about 500+ cuz of alot of shading.
